There may be multiple reasons why. Go through our check-list to rule out any barriers!
1. Are you allowed to share these files?
There may be file restrictions set by an administrator. Ask your account admin if you have questions regarding these.
2. Do you have a too old version of Showell App?
Updating to the latest version will give you new features + fixes.
3. Is your email account activated on your device?
Showell automatically syncs with the default account on your device.

Note: If you share without an internet connection, Showell will save the sent details and automatically send again once an internet connection is established.
