April 2024

🆕 We've added AI to the translation table

• With our translation feature, you can easily translate all folders within your Workspace. But now, by simply clicking on the AI-button, this will automatically translate the folders for you. For more information: Translate Folders

🐞 Bug fixes and Improvements

• Solved a problem that occasionally hindered the adjustment of admin privileges or restricted access to Showell Admin for users belonging to multiple workspaces
• Enhanced logic with user removal
• Resolved an issue when a user had blocked the help-chat using a browser add-on
• Resolved a translation table hiccup
• Added support for the MS Dynamics integration
• Fixed a security issue

🆕 Added the "Country" and "Company" fields to User Export

• When exporting your user list, it will now also provide the Country and Company information.

December 2023

🆕 Some changes are made to the Showell Admin platform to support the release of the Showell App Version 10.

• We've changed the terms 'Account' to 'Workspace'. This is to avoid confusion with the term User Account.
• Other changes have been made under the hood to assure the new Admin features that landed in Showell App for Web are working correctly and communicate with the Showell Admin platform.

🆕 Added a layer of security for workspaces with SSO

• To enhance security, Showell has disabled Group management features on the Showell platform for workspaces that utilize and manage groups on the SSO side. This prevents accidental management or creation of groups on the Showell side

🐞 Bug fixes and Improvements

• We've successfully killed a bug that was causing mischief with empty workspaces, where no action points were provided
• An update was provided for Salesforce Experience Cloud site usage

🆕 You can now filter, sort and batch-add users to groups. This feature was initially released as a Beta version in March and has now been fully released on the Admin platform.

• Add a company or country to individual users
• Filter your users according to License, Role, Creation date, Multi-Factor Authentication, Groups and Country
• Sort your users alphabetically or join date
• Aside name and email, you can now search for users with their title or company
• Multi-Select users and add them to groups

• We've successfully squashed a pesky bug that was causing mischief with internal linking

🆕 Integration Updates

• Integration now supports larger linkages
• Workspace admins will be notified via email if a linkage sync has failed
• Fixed other minor issues

🆕 Upgraded deletion process

• Now, when you delete files from the trash, a spinner will be displayed to indicate the deletion process.

🆕 Workspace list is now displayed in alphabetical order

• You'll find it easier to change Workspaces when they are all in alphabetical order

• From your Workspace settings, you can now provide a Custom company Terms of Service (TOS), to then be included in your user invitations
