Meet the Showell AI Assistant
The Showell AI Assistant is a modern AI chat built right into Showell. Ask questions in natural language (just like you'd ask a colleague) and Showell AI finds relevant content and gives you well-formulated answers, even from information hidden deep within document pages.
Because it's a chat, you can keep the context across follow-up questions, and every conversation is saved to your chat history so you can revisit it later. It can also point you to the source files behind its answers and help you compare or summarize content. The Assistant builds on Showell's AI Natural Language Search to make finding what you need faster and more conversational.
Use the Showell AI Assistant
* AI may not always be accurate - review its answers before sharing them with customers.
- In the Showell App, click the 'AI' icon next to 'Search' in the top navigation bar
- Type your question in the "Ask anything about your content…" field and send it
- Turn on My Files access if you want the Assistant to also consider files from your personal My Files area
- Continue with follow-up questions. The Assistant keeps the context of your conversation

Showell AI uses the Anthropic's AI models, processed in EU. Content and prompts are not used for AI training, are not publicly accessible, and are only retained temporarily for security, quality, and service improvement purposes.
