Uploading content is very straightforward. Upload and organize your content in any folder you prefer.

How to upload your contents
- In the Showell App for Web, Open 'Edit'-Mode and navigate to the location you want to add new contents
- Upload your contents
- Click the '+ Add'-button in the top right corner > Click 'Upload files'
- OR Simply drag and drop your contents into Showell
- The drop location will become blue tinted and inform you about the content being added
- You can include folders and sub-folders. Note that Empty folders will not be uploaded
- You can also drag and drop straight into a specific folder: simply hover over the folder you'd like to place the content in.
- (optional) Notify users that you've added new contents
- After your content has been successfully uploaded, a confirmation message will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen. Additionally, you will see a 'Notify users' button, allowing you to quickly inform selected users in the Workspace about the new content.
💡 FAQ
Is there some type of indication for newly uploaded files?
Newly added content will display a 'New' label for a maximum of 7 days. With the Showell native Apps (Windows, iOS and Android), the label is also removed as soon as the content has been opened.
Can I navigate to other sections of Showell while my content is uploading?
Yes, you can continue navigating while your content is being uploaded in the background.
