🆕 Shares created outside of the CRM, can now be synced to Salesforce
- When you create Shares in the Showell App, so not from within the CRM system - these can still be synced to Salesforce.
- If the Share owner is found from the CRM using an email address, the CRM user is automatically set as the owner on the CRM side
- This feature is not automatically enabled - please contact us to enable.
