Monitor Course participation
Track how your users are doing with every course. In a glance, you can easily determine whether a user has successfully completed a course or if they are still in progress. This feature provides a convenient overview of user engagement and course completion status, allowing you to quickly identify areas where additional support may be needed. This level of insight enables you to tailor your approach and helps ensure that users are on track to meet their learning objectives.
How to check users course participation
1. Go to the side menu and select 'Courses', followed by going to 'Edit Mode', or alternatively, navigate to 'Admin' in the side menu and choose 'Course Management'
2. Access the course where you want to check the course participation > Click the Participants tab
3. You can now:
- In a glance see all participants and their progress
- Filter the users by 'completed' or 'incomplete'
- Click an individual user to see where they stand in a course
- Select the '3 dots' next to a user to remove them from the course. Please note that doing so will require the user to start the course from the beginning.
