How to create links to web content

Add External Link-1


In the Showell App for Web, navigate to the folder you want to add a web link and go into Edit-mode

  1. Click the '+ Add'-button in the top right
  2. Choose 'Add link'
  3. Select 'Website', Enter the web page URL and give it a title
  4. Choose how the Web Link should be opened:
    1. In App: This option will ensure that the Link will open in the Showell App itself.
      If you primarily use the Showell App for Web, it is advisable to test the link after creation as many websites do not allow embedding.
    2. In New Browser Tab: Choosing this will open the Website link in a new browser tab.
  5. Click 'Save' to add the web link
