Learn how to participate in courses, complete lessons and quizzes, and track your progress through the LMS for a seamless learning experience.

Participate in a course

Engaging with a course is simple and straightforward. In this article, we will explore the various components of a course and provide guidance on how to successfully complete any course you encounter.

A course is made up of lessons and quizzes that are arranged in a specific order determined by the course creator.

• You may come across different course structures. Courses can be a mix of lessons and quizzes, consist solely of lessons, or conclude with a final quiz at the end.
• It is important to complete each lesson and quiz in the designated order, as you can only progress to the next step after successfully finishing the current lesson or quiz you are working on.

Finding a course

In the side menu, you will see a tab labeled 'Courses'. This page displays all the courses specifically created for you, which may include a variety of topics such as company onboarding, dealer onboarding, product knowledge training, general training, security training, and more.

• The courses are organized into categories, making it easy for you to find the relevant ones.
• At the top of the page, there’s a section called 'Pick up where you left off' Here, you can access all the courses you have started but not yet finished, allowing you to seamlessly resume your learning at any time.

(Before) starting a course

When you open up a course that seems interesting (or mandatory by your company) you'll find the following information from the Introduction page:

• Duration: How long it will approximately take to complete the course. This can vary based on your own skills and knowledge.
• What you will learn: A description of what the course is about, and the skills you will obtain.
• Course outline: A comprehensive list of all lessons and quizzes included in the course, along with their descriptions. This will help you understand what to expect before you begin the course.
• 'Start Course' button: By clicking this button, you will begin studying the course materials and engaging in quizzes. This action will officially enroll you in the course and take you to the first lesson or quiz (whatever comes first)
  • If you already started the course earlier, you can 'Resume course' - This will jump to the last lesson/quiz you were taking before
  • You can move on to the next lesson or quiz, or revisit any lessons or quizzes you've already completed, by using the navigation buttons located at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the list overview available on the right-hand side for quick access.

Lessons

Each lesson is composed of one or more learning materials, which may include documents, images, videos, and/or 3D visuals. Each of these materials comes with a descriptive overview to enhance your understanding.

• To successfully complete a lesson, it is essential to view all of the materials within it.
• When you have opened a lesson material, you can:
  • Navigate between pages
  • highlight important elements or texts, to help in your learning progress
  • View its description by clicking the 'info' icon next to its title in the top navigation bar
• When you understand the materials, you can close it with the arrow back or clicking the 'Done' button in the top navigation bar

Quizzes

When you access the quiz page, you will see an overview of the quiz topic and the number of correct answers required to successfully pass.

It's important to note that once you begin, you can't leave the quiz and come back to your progress later. You will need to restart if interrupted. However, you can retake it entirely at another time.

• Simply hit the 'Start' button to begin the quiz
• After answering a question, you can proceed to the next one by clicking the 'Next' button located in the bottom right corner
  • You can also go back to any earlier question by selecting the 'Previous' button located in the bottom left corner. This allows you the opportunity to reconsider or modify your answers as needed.
• You may encounter both single-choice and multiple-choice questions during the quiz. This means that some questions will have only one correct answer, while others may require multiple ones
• At any time, you can view the quiz description by clicking the 'info' icon next to its title in the top navigation bar
• Depending on the quiz design, if you do not pass, you may be given the same set of questions to retake, or you could receive a different, randomly selected set of questions
• Upon successfully passing the quiz, you can review a summary of your performance and move on to the next lesson, if one is available

Completion

Once you have finished all the lessons and quizzes within a course, the course will be marked as completed. You can then proceed to the next course and continue your learning journey.
