Live copies are great if you have content that should be available in multiple locations within your Showell Workspace. Instead of making a copy of the content and then edit each individual file, you can simply create live copies and you only have to apply the changes to the original file, this will automatically update all your live copies.

Do Live Copies save storage space?
Sure do! You can make endless live copies of the original file, yet it will only take the storage space of the original one.
Can I make Live Copies from my integrated/synced contents?
Live copies work smoothly with your DAM/Cloud integration. You can for example: make your master synced folder private and use live copies to showcase the materials in the right places.
Can I hide the Live Copies Master folder?
You have the ability to manage all of your content from a single hidden or private folder. This is especially useful for keeping certain documents hidden from your users, managing temporary files that may appear and disappear, or organizing your content in a way that differs from how it is displayed to your users.
How easy is it to keep all my content up-to-date with Live Copies?
Keeping your Live Copies up-to-date is a breeze. Simply make updates to the original file, and all of its live copies will be automatically updated as well.
How are Analytics managed with Live Copies?
Every individual Live Copy will have its own analytics.
How do I enable Live Copies on my Showell Workspace?

🔔 Troubleshooting
I accidentally made changes to the Live Copy itself, not the Master file.
Making changes to the Live Copy, will turn it into a stand-alone file. If this is not to your liking, you can remove the Live Copy and create a new one from the Master file.
