Manage User Roles

Provide users with Admin roles. This can come in handy when you have a lot of content, or if you'd like to divide different tasks to different members of your team.

How to give a user full Admin rights

Please note: Granting a user full Admin rights in Showell means giving them complete control over the account, including users, groups, content, and branding. This is a serious responsibility and should only be given to someone who is knowledgeable about the Account and its administrative tasks.

If you only want the user to manage content, we recommend giving them restricted access to Showell Admin.

How to give a user restricted access to Showell Admin

A user with restricted access to Showell Admin has the ability to upload, edit, or remove content from specific folders, as long as they have the necessary group privileges. However, it is important to note that this user does not have the ability to manage users, groups, or account branding. Their access is limited to managing content within the Showell App and Showell Admin.

If you require the user to have full control over the entire account, it is recommended to grant them full Admin rights.
