How to give a user Admin rights

User Roles


1. In the Showell App for Web side menu, click Admin > Users

2. Find and click the user you'd like to provide with the Admin role

3. Under the user's Basic info, you can change the Role to Admin.

4. Make sure to click Save

1. Open Showell Admin

2. Select Admin from the top menu > Select Users

3. Open a user’s settings page by selecting the user

4. Toggle Administrator Privileges to ON
