- In the Showell App for Web side menu, click Admin > Users
- Find and click the user you'd like to adjust the role
- Under the user's Basic info, you can change the Role to Admin or Member (regular User)
- Make sure to click Save

Admin access not visible after giving a user admin rights?
If a user has been made an admin but cannot see the admin features:
- Confirm they are using the Showell App for Web in a browser. Admin features are not available in the native apps.
- Ask the user to log out and log back in.
- If the Admin options still do not appear, clear the browser cache or test in a private/incognito window. In some cases, cached browser data may delay the visible role update. This usually resolves automatically, but clearing the cache should refresh it immediately.
