How to change the role of a User

Before assigning full Admin rights to a user, we recommend checking our Frequently Asked Questions section below to explore alternative solutions that may better suit your specific needs.

User Roles

  1. In the Showell App for Web side menu, click Admin > Users
  2. Find and click the user you'd like to adjust the role
  3. Under the user's Basic info, you can change the Role to Admin or Member (regular User)
  4. Make sure to click Save
