If you only want the user to manage content, we recommend giving them restricted access to Showell Admin.
1. Open Showell Admin
2. Select Admin from the top menu > Select Users
3. Open a user’s settings page by selecting the user
4. Toggle Administrator Privileges to ON
5. Save changes
How to give a user restricted access to Showell Admin
A user with restricted access to Showell Admin has the ability to upload, edit, or remove content from specific folders, as long as they have the necessary group privileges. However, it is important to note that this user does not have the ability to manage users, groups, or Workspace branding. Their access is limited to managing content within the Showell App and Showell Admin.
If you require the user to have full control over the entire Workspace, it is recommended to grant them full Admin rights.
1. Open Showell Admin
2. Select Admin from the top menu > Select Users
3. Open a user’s settings page by selecting the user
4. Toggle Allow access to Showell Admin Panel tab to ON
5. Save changes
